회원가입(Resistration)

1. 목적(Purpose)

'이즈헤어' 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 이즈헤어의 회원가입과 헤어&네일 서비스 (이하"서비스")를 이용함에 있어 회원들의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
"Ease hair" terms and conditions (under "Terms") applies to the registration and Hair & nail service (under "Service"). Use of these services regulates the member's rights, obligations, and responsibilities (for the purpose of its use).

2. 약관의 효력 및 변경(Terms of Validity and Revisions)

1) '이즈헤어'는 사정상 중요한 사유가 발생될 경우 사전 고지 없이 이 약관의 내용을변경 할 수 있습니다.
1)"Ease Hair" may revise the terms of the agreement in special circumstances without prior notice.

2) 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관의 효력 발생일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 사용할 경우 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
2) In the event that a member does not agree with the revised terms and wishes to withdraw from the agreement ,
    continued use of services after the effective date of the revised terms will be considered to be an acceptance of those    
    terms.

3. 회원 가입의 성립 (Establishing Membership)

1) 회원가입 신청시 본 약관을 읽고 '약관에 동의합니다' 버튼을 클릭하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
1) After applying for membership, reading the terms and policy conditions, and clicking "I accept", the applicant
    is considered to have accepted into the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements.

2) 회원 가입은 가입 희망자의 약관 동의 후 회원가입 신청에 대하여 이즈헤어는 이에 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
2) After the applicant agrees to the terms and policy conditions, Ease hair will hereby accept the registration 
    as completed by consent.

4. 가입 신청 (Member Application)

1) 이즈헤어는 고객들의 안전한 서비스를 위해 이용자의 실명 회원제를 시행하고 있습니다.따라서, 본인임을 확인할 수 있는 최소한의 이용자 정보를 수집하고 있습니다. 이용자의 정보는 다른 용도로는 절대 사용하지 않음을 알려드립니다.
1) For secure Ease Hair customer service , the registered user's real name will be protected under the enforcement 
    of the membership system. Therefore, only the minimum user's information can be confirmed. The user's
    information will never be used for other purposes.

2) 온라인 가입신청 양식에 기재하는 모든 회원 정보는 실제 데이터인 것으로 간주하며 실제 정보를 입력하지 않은 사용자는 법적인 보호를 받을 수 없으며, 서비스 사용의 제한을 받으실 수 있습니다.
2) The applicant must input factual data in the online registration form. Users who do not provide their actual 
    information can not receive legal protection and services will be restricted in use.  

3) 회원등록시 이름은 반드시 실명으로 등록하여야 합니다. 실명으로 등록하지 않은 사용자는 법적인 보호를 받을 수 없으며, 서비스 사용의 제한을 받게 됩니다.
3) The applicant must register with his/her real name. Users who do not register with their real name cannot receive legal
    protection, and services will be restricted in use.

5. 이용신청의 승낙 (Application Agreement)

1) 이즈헤어는 상기 회원가입 신청의 내용에 대하여 이상이 없는 한 회원 가입을 신청을 승낙합니다.
1) I approve the content of the above statements given by Ease Hair.

2) 이즈헤어는 아래와 같이 해당하는 경우 가입 신청을 제한할 수 있습니다.
2) Ease hair can decline applications for membership if any of the following circumstances applies to the applicant:

1- 본인의 실명으로 신청하지 않은 경우
1- The user does not register with his/her real name.

2- 이용 신청시 필요 사항을 허위로 기재하여 신청한 경우
2- The required details in the user's application are falsely stated.

6. 가입신청 사항의 변경 (Member Application - Changing Details)

1) 로그인 란 에 정보 수정란 이있어 언제든 개인정보 수정을 할 수 있습니다.
1) A member may revise his/her personal information at any time by using the 'change information' option after logging in.

2) 주민등록번호, 실명, ID, 성별 등은 수정할 수 없습니다.
2) A member can not change his/her resident registration number, real name, or gender.

7. 정보의 제공 ( Offer for Information )

1) 이즈헤어는 회원님들께 필요한 정보나 자료가 있을 경우 전자우편을 보낼 수 있다.
1) Ease Hair customers who have necessary information or data can send it through e-mail.

8. 회원의 게시물 사용 Member's Use of Posting

1) 이즈헤어회원이 게시하거나 등록하는 게시물 등 아래와 같은 경우 해당된다고 판단되면 사전통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다.
1) If an Ease Hair member's post applies to any of the following circumstances, it can be deleted without prior notice.

• 1- 다른 회원 혹은 타인을 비방하거나 중상모략으로 명예를 훼손하는 내용인 경우
• 1-The post damages the reputation of another with abusive and/or defamatory content.
• 2- 공공질서 및 미풍양속에 위반되는 내용인 경우
• 2-The post is in violation of disorderly conduct.
• 3- 범죄적 행위에 결부된다고 인정되는 내용인 경우
• 3-The post is recognized as being connected with criminal activities.
• 4- 회원이 음란물을 게재하거나 음란사이트를 링크하는 경우
• 4-The post shows pornographic material and/or links to pornographic sites.
• 5- 게시판의 성격에 부합하지 않는 게시물의 경우
• 5-The post does not correspond to the topic.
• 6- 기타 관계법령에 위반된다고 판단되는 경우
• 6-The post violates other related laws and regulations.

'이즈헤어' 개인정보보호정책 ('Ease Hair’ Privacy Policy)

이즈헤어는 이용자들의 개인정보보호를 매우 중요시하며, 이용자가 홈페이지를 이용함에 있어개인정보가 보호 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 이에 통신비밀보호법, 전기통신사업법, 정보통신망이용촉진 등에 관한법률 등 정보통신서비스제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법규상의 개인정보보호 규정 및 정보통신부가 제정한 개인정보보호지침을 준수하고 있습니다.
The privacy of Ease Hair users is very important; therefore personal information collected from users on the homepage will be protected. Accordingly, the Communications Privacy Act, the Telecommunications Act, the Information Network Promotion Act, and other information and communication service providers adhere to the laws and privacy guidelines enacted by the Ministry of Information and Privacy.

이즈헤어는 이용자들이 회사의 회원가입약관 및 개인정보보호정책의 내용에 대하여 동의버튼 클릭할 수 있는 절차를 마련하여, 동의버튼을 클릭하면 개인정보 수집에 대해 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

The user’s personal information is completely protected by password. If the member’s ID and password is known only to that member, checking and changing personal information is only possible for that member. Accordingly, the user should not reveal his/her password to anyone.
